18.01.2022 BDB program offers leasing with 0% down payment for purchase of transport vehicles
The financing is up to BGN 5 million and will be granted by the Bank’s affiliate company, BDB Leasing
The affiliate company of the BDB, BDB Leasing, offers leasing with 0% down payment for purchase of transport vehicles and 5% down payment for purchase of other equipment and facilities. Companies can now apply for leasing up to 30 June 2022, and the cap of the lease amount has been increased to BGN 5 million.
The program aims to overcome the negative consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and to allow companies more favorable conditions for financing, longer repayment periods and lowered down payment requirements.
The program started in the middle of 2021 with the support of the Pan-European Guarantee Fund. The conditions were subsequently amended due to significant corporate interest in the program.
The funding is provided for purchase of new and second-hand production equipment and facilities, cargo and transport vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment.
The repayment periods are between 1 and 8 years depending on the type of the purchased asset.
